Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will represent a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues.
• Manage large and sophisticated litigation matters.
• Work closely with experienced, collaborative practitioners on a local and national level.

Requirements

• Outstanding credentials and three to five years of experience in complex business litigation.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a litigation position at a firm is required.
