Responsibilities
- Design, modernize, secure, and sustain the enterprise applications and platforms that keep the organization operating every day.
- Work alongside experts in software engineering, cloud computing, DevSecOps, systems engineering, user experience, and enterprise platforms to modernize legacy systems, automate business processes, integrate commercial technologies, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience.
- Act as direct liaison between Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, facilitate agile processes, communicate with team members, the Government and end user customers.
- Serve as Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
- Remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional communication, and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
- Aid Product Lead in managing outreach and stakeholder engagement activities related to ADS.
- Conduct ADS user experience, demos, and training.
- Maintain Siteworks, ADS Confluence space, and overall roadmap.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing.
- Develop test plans, coordinate testing cycles, and validate new features, fixes and upgrades.
- Document results and ensure issues are logged and resolved prior to release.
- Manage ADS Helpdesk and User Support Operations.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, providing valuable feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently on large projects, displaying self-direction and autonomy in project execution.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience as a system engineer, or twelve (12) years of system engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience leading agile development ceremonies
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Linux server environment
- Kubernetes infrastructure knowledge
- Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer
- Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS
- Experience with testing methodologies (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira

Pay and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is between $130,000-$160,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual's education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
