Mid-level System Administrator (C4S RA) (Evening/Night Shift)
About the role
Our team in Pensacola, FL. has an immediate need for a mid-level Remote Sys Administrator with demonstrated experience providing general infrastructure support, including responding to and updating trouble calls; performing break-fix troubleshooting and analysis of problems; and performing repair activities in order to return equipment, systems or networks to normal operational status. This is not a remote or work from home position. Employees are expected to be in the Pensacola office, daily during agreed upon shift. Must be available for an evening or night shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct troubleshooting and perform break/fix activities on shipboard IT networks using a satellite connection to connect, login, and conduct work
- Coordinate remote support needed with StratasCorp Technician help desk and Remote Administration team, as well as shipboard crew, to ensure work performed is in line with contract priorities
- Gather data as needed and provide to StratasCorp teams to respond to data calls
- Prepare and provide daily work reports
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Security+ or higher
- IAT Level II, such as CompTIA CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, CND, CCNA Security or higher
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is $73,000 to $79,000 annually.
Schedule
Employees are expected to be in the Pensacola office daily during the agreed upon shift and must be available for evening or night shifts.
