Responsibilities
- Cook with stakeholders to compile and maintain requirements
- Perform weekly status reviews
- Define schedule milestones based on customer needs
- Provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Implement design changes/application updates
- Aid in testing and deployment
- Offer training to the user group
- Extend technical support to user group during deployment phase
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an ABET-accredited program
- US Citizenship is required
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE computer aided engineering packages
- Basic understanding of a typical aircraft structure fabrication and assembly processes
- Demonstrated application development and software Product Lifecycle management experience in authoring, installation, and deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, find root cause and identify both temporary and permanent solutions
- Comprehend complex software, hardware, and networking concepts
- Experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Action
- Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
