Mid-Level RF Test and Measurement Engineer
How Will This Position Contribute?
- Mission: This role is dedicated to solving intricate technical problems and providing timely, mission-critical solutions to support our country's warfighters.
- How: By using industry best practices and bringing the following to the team:
- System Design & Integration: Design, build, and field measurement systems.
- Advanced Testing: Conduct experimental measurements using state-of-the-art measurement equipment.
- Lab Development: Assist in the development of requirements and the acquisition of equipment for RF test lab expansions and facility moves.
- Documentation: Document experimental measurement results and collection procedures in accordance with established professional standards.
What Skills Are Needed?
- Education: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering field
- Experience Level: Mid-level (5+ years of relevant work experience)
- RF Expertise: Experience with network analyzer-based measurement systems, instrumentation radars, and positioner/cable management systems.
- Technical Problem Solving: Ability to resolve complex electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues and perform precision alignment of reflectors and feeds using optic properties.
