Mid-Level Practitioner- Full Time

Golden Plains Specialty Clinics is seeking a full-time exempt Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a busy clinic. Experience in women's health and pediatrics is required.

About the role

Responsible for supporting the mission of the hospital: to provide competent, compassionate, cost-effective health care to the citizens of Hutchinson County from infancy through geriatrics. Works collaboratively with clinic staff and performs duties in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and standards. Accountable for own actions and to the supervising physician(s).

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Mid-Level Practitioner program.
• Current Texas TSBME or TSNME certification.
• Experience varies by practice setting; entry-level for recent graduates or 5–10 years for remote rural settings with less frequent supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in applying and modifying medical principles, methods, and techniques in a primary care setting.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
