Mid-Level PDR Technician
About the role
We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be part of a fast-growing used automotive retailer in the U.S., committed to providing exceptional customer service and top-notch vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
- Be prepared to work in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools safely.
- Fast-paced, adaptable to changing environments.
- Exposure to various weather conditions.
