Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician (2nd Shift Mon-Thurs) - $4000 Bonus

About the role

We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our team at Carvana. You’ll be responsible for repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

Responsibilities

• Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair dents
• Work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers equipped with state-of-the-art tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring vehicles are ready when expected
• Be prepared to work mandatory overtime if needed

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
• Fast-paced, ever-changing production environment experience
• Exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)

Qualifications

• Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Knowledge of safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments
