Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician (2nd Shift Mon-Thurs) - $4000 Bonus
About the role
We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be responsible for repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Responsibilities
- Accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller dents
- Working in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers equipped with state-of-the-art tools
- Maintaining a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Occasionally working in extreme weather conditions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
- Fast-paced, adaptable work environment tolerance
Qualifications
- Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Good health to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
