The selected candidate will work across front-end and back-end development using Angular, .NET, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server, while collaborating with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and engineering teams to deliver application functionality according to requirements and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, implement, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.Develop web applications using Angular, .NET, .NET Core, and C#.Develop and maintain database-driven applications using SQL Server and Oracle.Translate user stories and business requirements into technical requirements and deliverable functionality.Break down requirements into application functionality and development tasks.Review requirements and proposed solutions with business stakeholders.Analyze existing applications and processes and recommend improvements.Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers.Develop application components according to technical specifications and business requirements.Support application testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, deployment, and maintenance.Apply SOLID design principles and software development best practices.Support development and deployment activities using modern DevOps tools.Required Qualifications4+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack development experience.Hands-on experience with Angular 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database-driven applications.Experience developing applications using .NET and Angular.Strong understanding of SOLID design principles.Experience with AngularJS, Angular 8, TypeScript, React, or similar component-based frameworks.Experience translating business requirements and user stories into technical solutions.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS cloud technologies.Experience with Jenkins and Octopus Deploy or similar DevOps tools.Experience with Atlassian JIRA.Experience supporting enterprise application development and modernization.Agile/Scrum development experience.Experience working across the full Software Development Lifecycle.Why Join 4A Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence.Work on high-impact projects across federal and commercial clients.Collaborate in an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where innovation is valued.Access career development programs, mentorship, and learning opportunities.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work options, and a focus on work-life balance.Equal Opportunity Statement4A Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive hiring process.
