About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Motion GEOINT Analyst to support DoD and Intelligence Community operations through full-motion video (FMV) exploitation, GEOINT analysis, and intelligence production. Responsibilities

• Perform real-time FMV/Motion GEOINT exploitation in a 24/7/365 shift environment
• Analyze multi-spectral, IR, SAR, LiDAR, and other GEOINT imagery
• Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, 360-degree graphics, reports, and NGA products
• Perform real-time touch-typing exploitation
• Collaborate with NGA, DoD, IC, and mission partners
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Formal Military Intelligence schoolhouse graduate
• 5+ years post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience, including 3+ years GEOINT; OR 3+ years GEOINT + Associate’s degree
• Full-motion video exploitation experience
• MITIL training/certification
• SAP program access
• NGA product production experience
• LiDAR and SAR imagery exploitation experience
• Real-time touch-typing exploitation experience
• Shift-work GEOINT operations experience
• Minimum 32 WPM with 90% accuracy

Training Requirements

• MITIL – 5-day course
• Fundamentals & Program Orientation – 10-day course
• Up to 90 days of OJT

Skills

• Motion GEOINT experience supporting DoD/IC operations
• Familiarity with NGA standards and workflows
• Experience in a high-tempo operational environment

Pay

$80,000–$90,000/year
