About the role
The Downtown Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks an Environmental Litigation Associate for the Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation Department. Working on complex Superfund Sites, this position will afford deep federal court experience in district courts across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex Superfund Sites
- Experience in district courts across the United States
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting with a focus on CERCLA and large Superfund sites
- Strong academic record
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- California Bar required
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams
