We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Paralegal with specialized experience in Capital Markets & Public Companies to join our team. This position can be based in any of our U.S. offices. Responsibilities

• handling matters related to Capital Markets and Public Companies
• preparing registration statement numerical backup spreadsheets
• managing beneficial ownership tables
• overseeing compliance with the ’34 Act, Section 16 reporting
• handling Rule 144 and legend removal letters
• onboarding transfer agents
• preparing stock exchange applications
• submitting FINRA filings
• managing selling stockholder matters
• coordinating closing documents, closing volumes, and board resolutions and minutes
