Mid-Level Architect
About the role
Studio8 Architects is seeking a mid-level architectural designer with 3-7 years of experience to join our Austin and San Antonio teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating thoughtful, innovative spaces and will demonstrate the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Design and technical development of a variety of commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and additional design software.
- Project design, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Multi-tasking and working on fast-paced projects.
- Communicating design ideas clearly through graphics and presentations.
- Providing exceptional client-focused service and collaborating with team members, consultants, and clients.
- Solving problems with resourcefulness and asking informed questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture.
- Licensure and LEED experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and additional design software.
- Ability to multi-task and work on fast-paced projects.
- Exceptional graphic and presentation skills.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients.
