Mid-Level Architect

About the role

Studio8 Architects is seeking a mid-level architectural designer with 3-7 years of experience to join our Austin and San Antonio teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating thoughtful, innovative spaces and will demonstrate the following qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Design and technical development of a variety of commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and additional design software.
• Project design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Multi-tasking and working on fast-paced projects.
• Communicating design ideas clearly through graphics and presentations.
• Providing exceptional client-focused service and collaborating with team members, consultants, and clients.
• Solving problems with resourcefulness and asking informed questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture.
• Licensure and LEED experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and additional design software.
• Ability to multi-task and work on fast-paced projects.
• Exceptional graphic and presentation skills.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients.
