Mid-Atlantic Data Center/Mission Critical Team Leader

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of technical experts in data center design, support project delivery, and assist with marketing activities and pursuits with key clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) market sector.
• Drive the success of our practice with leadership in the following areas:
• Technical Team Building and Leadership
• Project Management and Project Production
• Area Leadership
• Marketing and Client Relations

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10-15 years of experience designing, delivering, and managing large, complex data center/mission critical projects
• A licensed professional engineer with a background in mechanical, electrical, or structural design, or a project manager with PMP certification
• Local to the Northern Virginia area
• Active in industry and business associations / organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
