Responsibilities

• Respond to water-damage emergencies (e.g., burst hot-water supply lines) in multi-story buildings
• Perform detailed daily logging, moisture monitoring, and water-mitigation mapping to document affected areas
• Conduct photo documentation of damage and restoration progress
• Execute demolition of damaged materials and pack-out of contents
• Apply antimicrobial solutions to impacted surfaces
