Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and assessing patient status
- Administer IV medications and providing telemetry care in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective patient care
- Document thoroughly in the EMR and supporting patient and family education
- Adapt quickly to new units or facilities as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse license
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and acute care nursing
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within healthcare teams
