Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our team and customers to identify and document requirements.
- Design, develop, implement, and support M365 solutions that conform to business requirements.
- Create Model Driven, Canvas Power Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
- Extend Power Platform solutions using Power Platform connectors and plugins.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources such as ServiceNow, SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure environments.
- Utilize HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to customize the user interface and functionality of Power Apps and Power Pages.
- Ensure responsive design and Section 508 compliance for all deliverables.
- Participate in Agile or Scrum development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with team members, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Create and maintain end-user, how to, help guides, checklists, and technical documentation.
- Integrate Power Platform with the ServiceNow platform. Using ServiceNow, support key ITIL processes and ServiceNow applications by developing and modifying the ServiceNow functionality.
- Create user documents, training, and other relevant materials that support end-users.
- Function as first-line support for M365 solution end-users.
- Performs fixes and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have experience as a Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform Developer.
- Experience with Power Apps Development.
- Experience with Power Automate Development.
- Experience with Power Pages Development.
- Experience with Power BI Development.
- Experience with SharePoint Development.
