Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect

About the role

Remote Our client seeks a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to provide technical and functional leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The architect will partner with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategy.
• Lead design workshops and architectural reviews.
• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, and integration approaches.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support roadmap planning and future-state architecture.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 architecture experience.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Pay

Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr (W2)
