About the role

Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience working on Microsoft Dynamics GP product, spanning over 8 years. Experience includes implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Detail understanding of GP functionality and ability to provide solutions based on business requirements.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Sure Step Methodology.
• Ability to understand problem statements and articulate suitable solutions.
• Experience in developing customizations in MS Dynamics GP, including estimation and documentation.
• Knowledge and experience with web services, integration development, and peripheral technologies.
• Investigates and resolves issues following SLAs in Level 2 and Level 3 application support.
• Expertise in Smartlist Report design in MS Dynamics GP.
• Thorough knowledge in SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Web Services, Econnect, Power BI, Management Reporter, Integration Manager.
• Experience with .NET is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with international or domestic customers.
• Identify potential points of contention and notify project leadership of situations and remediation plans.
• Conduct solution testing and unit testing for business acceptance and accuracy.
• Flexible to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Dynamics GP.
• Experience with various MS Dynamics GP versions.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Sure Step Methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with web services, integration development, and peripheral technologies.
