About the role
The position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. The partner is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
- Contribute to building scalable business applications that improve operational efficiency and support complex organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable applications, resolve technical issues, and improve business processes through innovative technology solutions.
- Work across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, CRM, and cloud-based platforms to deliver impactful digital transformations.
- Support full lifecycle implementations, integrations, and continuous platform improvements.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics development experience combined with expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and software engineering practices.
- Comfortable working with clients, managing complex technical environments, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Dynamics CRM, and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, C#, SQL, .NET, CRM SDK, and CRM plugins.
- Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Experience with full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Understanding of ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
- Knowledge of relational database concepts and Microsoft BI technologies including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- Experience with Microsoft Portals, Scribe, integrations, and batch job monitoring.
- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Consulting experience, public sector experience, or experience with Microsoft partner environments is a plus.
