Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admin/Developer

Location: St. Louis, MO (hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12-month contract with extensions

About the Role

Work within an Agile environment with 3-week sprints. Daily 10:00 AM team huddles cover activities, blockers, and support needs. Collaborate with a distributed team across St. Louis, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. Team fit and strong communication are critical.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Support Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
• Support Call Center, Case Management, and Customer Service environments
• Develop and integrate solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Work with Power Platform alongside Microsoft Dynamics

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration & Development
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
• Experience supporting Call Center / Case Management / Customer Service environments
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to integrate and work with Power Platform alongside Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be local to St. Louis and willing to work onsite 2 days per week
• Must be willing to complete video and onsite interviews (travel expenses covered)

• Onsite interview: meet with 2 additional team members

SPIFF Opportunity

Consultants will be brought onto W2 and paid directly. The referring vendor receives an hourly referral fee for every hour worked throughout the engagement. For example, at a $10/hr referral fee, 2,080 hours would generate $20,800 in referral revenue.
