About the role

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice delivers cloud-based ERP applications — Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Infor — to transform finance and supply-chain processes for clients across industries. Teams work closely with CFOs, CIOs, and business-unit leaders to provide business transformation and continuous support. Project areas include MS D365 F&O, Workday Financials, Supply Chain Management, Infor Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sustainability Technology and Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals.
• People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance in the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience
• 8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams
• 4+ years of experience in generating new client business
• A minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go-live
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&O
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications

• Functional knowledge of MS D365 F&O ERP processes and systems
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Experience with D365 Manufacturing, advanced Warehouse Management
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
• Advanced degree in the area of specialization

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100. The wage range takes into account factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
