The Emerging ERP Solutions practice focuses on cloud‑based ERP applications such as Workday, Microsoft Dynamics F&O and Infor, helping clients transform finance and supply‑chain processes to be more efficient and cost‑effective. Leveraging Deloitte’s expertise, the team works closely with CFOs, CIOs and Business Unit leaders to deliver business transformation and ongoing support across industries. Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy‑in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on‑time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
• Client Management: Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
• Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop “thoughtware” and “point‑of‑view” documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
• People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance in the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience
• 8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams
• 4+ years of experience in generating new client business
• A minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go‑live
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&O
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Functional knowledge of MS D365 F&O ERP processes and systems
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Experience with D365 Manufacturing, advanced Warehouse Management
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
• Advanced degree in the area of specialization

Pay

The wage range for this role is $163,400 to $322,100, reflecting factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications and business needs. At Deloitte it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program’s rules, whereby any award depends on individual and organizational performance.
