About the role

The successful candidate will serve as the primary project coordinator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects at Western Computer. They will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and milestones
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and scope
  • Coordinate with internal teams including developers, support staff, and sales
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
  • Handle client inquiries and provide project status updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience working with clients from various industries
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
