Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to elicit, document, and prioritize their CRM system requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Analyze the gathered requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and design business processes and workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects through testing and collaborate with development teams to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Aid in user adoption, answer queries, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Generate reports and analyze system data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A background in business analysis, CRM implementation, or related roles is highly beneficial.
