About the role
The successful candidate will lead complex projects within the PMO, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft D365.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings and ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project manager role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex projects using Microsoft D365.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project Operations (D365).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in project management and technology.

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
