Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

Job Summary

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. We assist clients in transforming finance and supply-chain processes through efficient and cost-effective solutions. Our teams leverage Deloitte’s extensive expertise to deliver lasting results across various industries.

What You'll Do

• Understand client business objectives and present technical solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP, leveraging the product's strengths and addressing gaps.
• Design end-to-end solutions, offer industry best practices, review functional and technical design documents, provide recommendations, and manage coding and deployment.
• Lead the development of company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establish credibility with customers, and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Manage a workstream, oversee its activities, coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure risk management, actions, issues, and decisions are addressed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent directly related experience (10 years).
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX development (10+ years).
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations in MS Dynamics (6+ years).
• Team lead experience (6+ years).
• Travel authorization up to 50% (based on work and client needs).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Experience modifying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
• Experience with data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Client development and pre-sales experience.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $144,600 to $265,100, subject to the location and the candidate's qualifications. Additionally, there is a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
