Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) + AI/Copilot Functional Consultant, Manager

Full-time role with up to 80% travel required.

As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role requires significant experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, business analysis, and configuring and setting up D365 F&O as per business requirements. You will facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules, supervise and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules
• Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality results
• Manage client service accounts and oversee client engagement workstreams
• Independently analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Utilize proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis
• Configure and set up D365 F&O as per business requirements
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Assure adherence to the firm's methodologies and quality standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance
• Conduct business analysis/requirement gathering workshops and process mapping sessions
• Gather requirements and perform As-Is and To-Be process analysis
• Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
• Produce Business Requirements Document/Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
• Perform Gap-fit analysis and produce Gap-fit documents
• Produce Functional Design Documents (FDD)
• Conduct Joint Application Design workshops for acceptable solution design
• Prepare business test cases and system test plans
• Conduct user training
• Design integration with third-party systems
• Provide post-go-live support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8 years of experience
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis
• Experience configuring and setting up D365 F&O as per business requirements
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / Dynamics AX 2012, Microsoft LCS, and Microsoft Sure Step
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP Modules and ISVs such as SK Global, AXTension
• Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Finance, Project Accounting, or Cost Accounting (preferred)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
