Microservices Developer

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices and APIs while collaborating with senior engineers to build scalable, reliable, and well-tested backend solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in the analysis, scoping, design, and development of projects on digital platforms and associated interfaces using common design patterns (i.e. Pub/Sub, event driven, circuit breaker, etc.).
• Write and share documentation on the produced developments and associated service level agreements.
• Review and update solutions as needed to continuously improve processes and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with cloud development technologies and microservices architecture.
• Experience with or knowledge of Typescript, Node.js, serverless, AWS lambda, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Angular.
• Experience working with the following concepts and methodologies: event-driven, APIs, Agile Organization, Secure by Design, and Built-In Quality.
• Knowledge of Java and N-tier architecture is a plus.

What We’ll Provide

• A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $90,000 - $115,000 per year at the time of this posting.
