About the role
This position involves frequent travel to customer sites for repairs and preventative maintenance on Microbulk units. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems and failures, repairing various items, systems, and components, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, performing routine and preventive maintenance, managing inventory and shipping of parts, and arranging shipments of tanks.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems and failures, identify replacement needs for equipment
- Repair various items, systems, and components of Microbulk units
- Ensure equipment is in safe working condition after repairs
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing functionality of equipment
- Request necessary equipment and supplies for installation and repair tasks
- Manage inventory and shipping of parts to other technicians in the region
- Arrange shipment of tanks to align with job schedules, including overnight travel
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude (plus)
- Experience in pipefitting and brazing (plus)
- A valid Driver License with a clean driving record
- No DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years
- Ability and willingness to travel (overnight travel required)
