Hourly pay: $25.90 per hour. Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Purpose
Drive a delivery vehicle to transport prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites on a predetermined schedule. Maintain the front-of-house area and coffee stations, ensuring service areas are clean, stocked, and merchandised to Guckenheimer standards. Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Success Criteria

- Wear proper uniform: non-slip shoes and name tag
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Deliver outstanding hospitality
- Ask for help when needed

- Follow directions from the Chef, Front of the House Manager, and Catering Manager
- Develop relationships with delivery vendors
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- At least 18 years old
- Clean and safe DMV driving record
- Passion for customer service
- Positive attitude
- Dependable and reliable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and smile under busy conditions
Responsibilities
- Maintain product inventory at established levels
- Manage the contracted coffee program
- Accurately restock and rotate products
- Greet and serve customers warmly
- Complete HACCP checks to ensure safe temperature control
- Display merchandise attractively
- Keep all MK areas neat, clean, and well-maintained
- Label and display signs for all items
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
- Ensure MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day
Physical Demands
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Adhere to the dress code
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines during peak periods
HSEQ Compliance
Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures. Follow safety protocols, maintain environmental responsibility, uphold quality standards, participate in HSEQ training, and report hazards or compliance concerns.
