Key Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements, both locally and nationally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, establish priorities, and keep projects moving forward.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, Rhino, Bluebeam, Enscape and Adobe Suite is required.
• Additional rendering and visualization software proficiency, as well as experience with Microsoft Project, is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients.
• Licensed in California, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction, delivering clear, coordinated documentation, and design-driven solutions.
• Guide the resolution of complex design and technical challenges, balancing architectural intent, technical performance, budget, and constructability.
• Cookordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to advance projects successfully through all phases of design and construction.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and overall project financial coordination.
• Contribute across a broad range of project types including residential, commercial, cultural, educational, and institutional.
• Support and mentor junior staff while partnering closely with senior leadership to advance the practice.
