Welcome to Puppy Sphere, a high-growth startup dedicated to wellness through puppy therapy. We're seeking a motivated Event Facilitator to join our team in Miami, supporting our growing community of over 400,000 people. This is a part-time, on-site role requiring weekend availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Event Operations: Set up the studio and puppy area, assist with themed decor, welcome and check in guests, conduct briefings, manage puppy clean-ups, and ensure a safe environment.
• Puppy Care: Provide care and attention to puppies, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their wellbeing.
• Class Delivery: Deliver a high-quality wellness experience, respond to guest needs, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Team Support: Work closely with the wider team, resolve issues, and help build a strong sense of community.
• Change Management: Embrace and support new processes, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth event delivery.

Job Requirements

• Experience in service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Weekend availability (at least one day per week).
• Additional weekday availability is a strong plus.
• A warm, engaging, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and performing repetitive motions.
• Experience with standard cleaning supplies and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in environments with moderate noise levels, animals, and high guest interaction.
