Miami Aviation Associate
Latitude is seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 years of transactional finance experience to work with a dynamic firm in Miami, Florida. This is an immediate need.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide variety of sophisticated transactions with a focus on aviation finance, including aircraft purchases, sales, leasing, and financing
- Handle corporate finance matters, asset-based lending, equipment leasing, and structured finance
Requirements
- 4+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional, or boutique firm
- Demonstrated experience in corporate finance; aviation finance experience is a bonus
- Experience in asset-based lending, equipment leasing, and structured finance
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding professional references
About the Role
This is a mid-level associate attorney position. The role is full-time and based in Miami, Florida.
Pay
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
