About the role

American Senior Benefits is actively onboarding Insurance Sales Agents to serve Kalamazoo, Portage, and surrounding Southwest Michigan communities. We help seniors navigate Medicare, life insurance, and retirement planning with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Educate seniors and pre-retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
• Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollments, plan changes, and applications
• Conduct client appointments using a needs-based consultative approach
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
• Generate new business through company-provided marketing and leads
• Stay current on Medicare regulations and insurance products in Michigan

Requirements

• Motivated individuals who enjoy helping others
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Benefits

• Compensation is highly customizable and will be reviewed directly with management
• Salary range: USD $41,500.00 - USD $101,000.00 /Yr.
