About the role

Our team focuses on moving products through the warehouse using various types of Material Handling equipment. The role involves operating and driving manual handling equipment in compliance with local legislation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks
• Perform material handling tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and addressing overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink wrap materials
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment adhering to TSA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Forklift certified
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using a RF scan gun
• Previous forklift certifications preferred
• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends
• Strong reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted
• Fluency in English

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Using pallet jacks and forklifts

Pay Range

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $21.00 hourly. The Company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors.
