MHBS Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
About the role
The University of Miami is seeking to appoint four tenured or tenure-track faculty members in business and management, with a specific focus on strategic areas of differentiation including Finance, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Healthcare, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Support growth and provide scholarly and pedagogical expertise related to financial engineering, digital marketing, business analytics, data science, workforce management, artificial intelligence, healthcare analytics, sustainable business, innovation and entrepreneurship and other related fields.
- Bring visibility, reputation, and additional impact to our departments and programs.
- Help us achieve our goal of engaging with Miami’s rapidly growing finance, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation community.
Requirements
- Hold a Ph.D. or terminal degree in their field by the appointment start date.
Qualifications
- Boundary spanning scholars who can work in multiple strategic areas are preferred.
Skills
- Strong academic credentials.
- Ability to contribute to scholarship, teaching, and service in the Miami Herbert Business School (MHBS).
