About the role
We currently seek Full time direct care MHA Paraprofessionals for Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Teacher in individual and group instruction
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Personal care instruction to students under the direct supervision of the special education teacher to whom they report
Requirements
The position requires a MHA degree and valid driver's license.
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with conduct disorders or psychiatric issues is preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Pay
Rate of $21.00 per hour is effective as of 7/10/26
Schedule
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday beginning at one of JRC's residences, which may change depending on JRC's needs.
