Mgr Solutions (Demand Management & Go to Sales)
About the role
The Demand Management & Go to Sales team plays a critical role within Global Sales Enablement, working across the enterprise to ensure sales impacting initiatives are visible to Sales and Solutions teams. This team ensures Sales is informed, aligned, and enabled to drive performance and deliver value to customers.
As the Manager of Demand Management & Go to Sales, you will lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of our Global Intake Process and Pricing related initiatives. This role is responsible for managing a team of project managers who evaluate, build and launch impactful Go to Sales plans and programs. You will use data and AI tools to prioritize internal enablement efforts and sales impactive initiatives. Coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical in this role. Additional responsibilities include leading Go to Sales strategies for all pricing and revenue initiatives, building reports on intake requests, and orchestrating project allocation across the team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical team leadership: coach and mentor a tenured team, provide stability and clear expectations, develop individual skills.
- Drive strategic process improvement: move the team's work from transactional execution to strategic and consultative; enhance the Global Intake Process for better data accuracy; identify opportunities to automate manual tasks with AI.
- Lead high-visibility global initiatives: own project management for all pricing and revenue initiatives (e.g., General Rate Increase); globalize processes with GSE partners in all global regions.
- Serve as a cross-functional hub: socialize the team's work, deliver executive-level presentations, act as key point of contact for stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Operations to prioritize and bundle strategic projects.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Five (5) years professional business experience in project management, sales, education, communications, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong human relations, negotiating, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and process/project management skills.
- Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
Preferred skills and experience
- Strong understanding of internal business processes and roles and responsibilities of stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with Asana and AI tools, including agents.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions, especially with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Pricing and Enablement teams.
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading sales engagement programs and/or marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting global teams and scaling best practices across regions.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to inform prioritization and trade-off decisions.
Location & schedule
This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location 4 days a week. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Pay
Pay Grade: E29. The compensation range provided is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
