What is this role about?
The Commercial Service Managers play a key leadership role in our local Terminix branches. This role is all about leading and motivating our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers.
What does a “Day-in-the-Life” look like?
- Making sure branch schedules are monitored and pest tech routes are successfully completed
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Responding to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests
- Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians
- Maintaining inventory levels of pest control products
- Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams
What do I need to be successful?
- An associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license
- (A four year degree is highly desirable)
- 1-2 years of related experience (very helpful, but not required)
- Willingness to relocate (highly desirable)
- Effective leadership and motivation skills
- Strong communications skills (both personal and written)
- Problem-solving and solution-finding abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Detailed orientation and understanding of safety
- Able to perform basic/intermediate math
