Mgr Revenue Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr Revenue Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead revenue-focused financial analysis that supports payer contracting, reimbursement strategy, budgeting, and decision-making across the organization. The position will partner closely with finance and operational leaders to translate contract changes and reporting trends into actionable insights. It will also oversee a small analytics team, ensuring accurate modeling, strong reporting practices, and effective staff development. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,680 – $156,353 annually Responsibilities Lead payer contract modeling and reimbursement analysis to support financial objectives Manage and develop analyst staff, including performance management and training Provide financial insights and recommendations for payer negotiations and budgeting Act as an internal consultant on reimbursement and financial reporting issues Oversee contract management systems and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy Monitor payer contract changes and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership Qualifications Master's degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a graduate degree 5 years of healthcare experience required, with a focus on financial analysis and payer contracting 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Strong analytical skills with a focus on reimbursement and financial reporting Proven ability to manage and mentor staff effectively Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage Retirement benefits to support long-term financial planning Paid time off to promote work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
