We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" (company description) and "Primary Purpose", "Primary Duties", "Job Scope", "Minimum Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Benefits". Also maybe "Pay" from salary range. Also "Schedule"? Not present. So we include sections with actual content: About the role? The posting includes "Who We Are" which is company overview, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. We have "Primary Purpose", "Primary Duties", "Job Scope". Could combine? But we need to follow instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate.
We have:
- About the role: could be "Who We Are" plus maybe "Primary Purpose". But "Who We Are" is company description, not role. However we can still put under About the role? Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. We'll include a section "About the role" with the company description (Who We Are) and primary purpose? Actually primary purpose is more like responsibilities. Let's think.
Better to create sections:
- About the role: include "Who We Are" (company overview) and maybe "Primary Purpose". But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could split: About the role = Who We Are (company). Responsibilities = Primary Duties (list). Requirements = Minimum Qualifications (maybe also Preferred). Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications? Or combine? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Who We Are (company description) -> About the role.
- Primary Purpose -> could be part of Responsibilities or About the role. But we have Primary Duties list; that is responsibilities.
- Job Scope -> could be part of Responsibilities as well.
- Minimum Qualifications -> Requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications -> Qualifications (or maybe Skills). But we have no separate Skills section; we could put skills under Qualifications.
- Benefits -> Benefits.
- Pay -> salary range.
- Schedule -> not present, so omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.

We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities (Primary Duties) we need list items. For Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) we need list? It's a paragraph with multiple qualifications; could be list. For Benefits we need list.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from each section.
Let's extract content:

We must not include Schedule.
Now produce HTML.
