Mgr, Product Marketing
About the role
The Marketing Manager will drive marketing activities as related to Dextro™ - developing a global product roadmap, managing customer communication, and external partner engagements. The role is highly cross-functional, focusing on interactions with global product groups, product management, regional account teams, corporate development, and other supporting business functions within Lam.
Responsibilities
- Product roadmap development
- Conduct market surveys in partnership with global account teams & product groups, flagging opportunities for maintenance automation on Lam fleet
- Develop marketing requirements for deploying Dextro™, that feed tool & automation development priorities for product development
- Research compatibility in Lam system configurations to recommend most efficient pathways to release Dextro™ for the installed base
- Create a multi-year roadmap of Dextro™, capabilities & tasks to communicate the long-term direction of product release to field teams
- Communications & Dextro partner engagement
- Create customer facing marketing collateral to articulate benefits of Dextro™, and partner with business development to drive customer adoption
- Maintain a Dextro™, PR calendar and assist creation of blogs, videos, press releases in coordination with marketing communications
- Partner with Lam capital to develop an advanced capability roadmap for next generation formfactors for intricate automation tasks & robotics mobility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related experience, or master’s degree with 6 years of experience within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries
- Combination of an engineering & a business focused educational background or work experience
- Effective communicator and a problem solver with a reputation for getting things done
- Quantitative skills and presentation skills
- Experience with product development or marketing in a complex manufacturing or technology focused industry
- Prior robotics experience from advanced manufacturing, logistics, consumer, or advanced industries
- Knowledge of Lam Tools preferred

Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.

Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.
Schedule
Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely. Fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
