Mgr, Physician Practice Oper
Provide leadership, direction and administration to aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of its objectives. Supervise staff and oversee the activities of Clinic Staff and Providers of ECU Health Physicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead and administer clinic activities to meet organizational objectives
- Supervise clinic staff and providers
- Oversee daily operations in a medical office practice
- Ensure compliance with health care rules and regulations
Requirements
- High School Graduate / GED or higher required
- Two or more years' experience in physician practice, hospital, or ambulatory care setting in a supervisory position
- Experience in all areas of a medical office practice
- Knowledge of health care rules and regulations
- Organizational and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Pay
$62,400.00 - $90,948.00. Final compensation will be based on career ladder placement.
