The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting production, escalations, quality improvement and manufacturing readiness activities
• Develops manufacturing strategy supporting business growth and factory readiness
• Establishes manufacturing strategies that improve quality, labor efficiency, throughput, and cycle time performance
• Drives resolution of manufacturing escalations, line-down events, and cross-functional operational issues
• Supports global manufacturing sites through standardization, best-practice sharing, and technical leadership
• Leads manufacturing readiness activities for new products introduction following the product, design and release process

Who We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, test engineering, or related engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical engineering teams
• Proven experience coaching engineers, developing talent, and building high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading Manufacturing Engineering teams in a high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs including labor hours, cycle time, first-pass yield, quality, and productivity metrics
• Experience transitioning products from development, pilot, or prototype stages into high-volume manufacturing
