MGR ENVIRONMENTAL SVCS

Responsibilities

• Informs staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service, corporate policies and guidelines.
• Captures schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Responsible for hiring and training staff.
• Maintains supplies and products. Orders as necessary.
• Establishes guidelines and cleaning protocols.
• Performs cleaning functions.
• Aids in cleaning of emergency spills.
• Reports the need for repairs to equipment, furnishings, buildings, and fixtures.
• Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Completes required education assignments annually.
• Works toward achieving goals and objectives and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to an Associate’s degree.
• Possession of an Associate’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum Experience: One (1) year supervisory experience.
