About the role

The Manager of Biomedical Instrumentation oversees ongoing onsite customer support at all sites across the Main Line Health organization for Biomedical services which include medical devices and peripherals, and network connectivity support. This position also manages minor and major equipment planning projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensures end users receive timely, courteous, and helpful assistance for service Incidents and Requests assigned to the Biomedical Services team.
• Oversees ongoing onsite customer support at all sites across the Main Line Health organization for Biomedical services which include medical devices and peripherals, and network connectivity support.
• Manages minor and major equipment planning projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years of experience in related healthcare.
• Thorough understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
