  • . - Requirements: maybe education and experience? Or we could separate Qualifications (knowledge, abilities) and Skills. - Qualifications: maybe education and experience. - Skills: list of skills (crisis intervention, assessment, etc.) - Benefits: not mentioned besides salary? No benefits described. So we should not include Benefits section unless stated. There's no explicit benefits like health insurance, retirement, etc. So omit Benefits. - Pay: we have salary up to $58,905.00 annually based on relevant supervisory work experience. That's specific, so include Pay section. - Schedule: mention flexible schedule, may include irregular hours evenings, holidays, weekends. That's specific, so include Schedule section. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Salary is specific. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties etc. However we can group similar items but must preserve detail. We can't omit any duty. Must include each responsibility statement. Performs other special assignments at the supervisor’s request. Also earlier sentences: "This position will supervise MiFamily Together (MFT) program staff which provides flexible services that meet families where they are, as well as directly provide services to families. MFT fosters meaningful engagement and provides tailored support to help families thrive at any level of need. The supervisor/advocate will be responsible for staffing and overall supervision of the program. In addition, the supervisor/advocate will hold their own partial caseload. This position will serve Kent County." These are also responsibilities. Also "Are you passionate about discovering new ways to help empower people and make a difference in their lives? If you’ve got what it takes to support us in our mission to provide help and create hope through innovative, collaborative, and diverse programs within the community, then we’ve got the right opportunity for you." That's more motivational, maybe part of About the role. Also "About Catholic Charities West Michigan Catholic Charities West Michigan (CCWM) is a community-based agency providing programs in Western Michigan and offering a variety of services in family preservation, behavioral health, child welfare, and community outreach. CCWM is committed to ensuring a diverse workforce and a work environment whereby all staff are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.CCWM encourages persons of diverse backgrounds and faiths to apply for employment." That's about the organization; could be part of About the role or separate section? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put organizational description under About the role. We must not include EEO boilerplate later: "CCWM is an equal opportunity employer, subject to all federal and state laws as applicable to a religious Agency." That's boilerplate; drop. Also "Our Mission Inspired by the Church's social teachings, Catholic Charities West Michigan fosters individuals and families to flourish by providing help and creating hope. Our Vision Catholic Charities West Michigan is called to create a just and compassionate community where all people can achieve their divine purpose. Our Values Sanctity of All LifeCompassionIntegrityRespectEquity" Might be considered boilerplate? It's mission/vision/values; could be considered substantive but maybe not required. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Mission/vision/values not explicitly listed as boilerplate, but could be considered fluff. However they are substantive about the organization. Might keep but could be considered filler. Safer to include under About the role? Might be okay but risk of being considered filler. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including mission/vision/values could be thin. I'd omit them to keep focused. Also "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" sections: they contain substantive info about physical demands and work environment. Should we include them? The allowed headings are limited to those list; we cannot add Physical Demands or Work Environment as headings. But we could incorporate that info into Responsibilities or Requirements? The instruction says use those headings for section headings; we can't add others. However we could still include that info under Responsibilities or Requirements as part of the description. But the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings (e.g.). It might be okay to add other headings but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we need to embed physical demands and work environment info somewhere, maybe under Responsibilities or Requirements. Since they are not duties but conditions
