MFM Ultrasound Senior Technologist

About the role

Southcoast Health is searching for a talented MFM Ultrasound Senior Technologist. This position offers a $10,000 new hire sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Manager, Interventional Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform diversified duties involving coordinating the daily operations, equipment and activities of assigned modality personnel.
• Responsible to perform patient procedures as part of daily duties including the essential functions and performance standards of assigned staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and attainments of certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in OBGYN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine is required.
• NT (Nuchal Transclucency) certification is required within 6 months.
• Registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) is required.
• A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Schedule

• Hours: 40hrs
• Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $44.98 - USD $67.49 /Hr.
